Although Larry has been training specifically for arm wrestling for several years, Maxim defeated him in a “super match” thanks to his superior technique and specialized wrist strength.
Kirill Sarychev: Although primarily a powerlifter (and a world record holder in the bench press), Sarychev is a colossus often associated with the bodybuilding world. Akimbo 69 managed to defeat him during a friendly match that went viral online.
Is Akimbo Truly Natural?
Many people believe that Maxim uses performance-enhancing drugs—specifically substances that have increased his muscle mass—given that he is only 21 years old. In several interviews, however, he has stated that he has never used steroids and never intends to do so.
Nevertheless, several doctors maintain that it is impossible to possess such strength at the age of 21.

With over 2 million subscribers on YouTube, he is considered one of the pioneers who popularized the sport among a young, digitally connected audience.
