The puck is made of a flattened plastic ball to let it slide on the 185-200 ft ice rings and the players use ice-skates to move around. Players also wear helmets for protection as it can be rough, gloves for grip and goalkeepers have bigger leg pads, and also gloves and sticks to block shots. The jerseys are worn like in American football with the pads under. Hockey came from a long time ago and in many countries like Ancient Greece, Egypt, and Ireland.I think it is hard to do ice hockey because you are ice skating too, you need to train a lot.
