They are both good in some ways and bad in others. For example when you’re playing outside, you get more vitamin D3 which helps having healthy skin, and strengthens your muscles. You also have more room to play games like American Football or Rugby where the ball goes really high. The only downside is that it’s easy to lose track of the ball, kick it into the neighbor’s yards or lose it on the roof of a house or building. Also, if you fall or you try to get a ball in a bush or in a tree, you could just come home like if you rolled in mud. When you’re playing indoors, you have a higher risk of breaking a window or selling light (unless you have extra money to get yourself a court with a high roof). You also don’t get fresh air and the air conditioning costs money, especially in big rooms like the ones we’re talking about. But it’s harder and less likely to lose the ball or get dirty. If it’s raining outside and you still want to play sports, it’s not great outside and a bit dangerous because the ground is wet and you can slip whilst inside, you can just play as if nothing was happening. But these courts are expensive to rent but parks are free of charge. But the answer comes down to accessibility, opinion, and logistics.
