In this article, we’ll be talking about whether governments should ban sports betting, or not.
Betting that involves money, is considered as sports betting. Now, I’m not saying that sports betting is bad, I’m just saying, if you’re one of those sports gambling kind of people, then keep up your guard when you’re in a different country, because it turns out, maybe it’s illegal in that country! It’s already illegal in USA states like: Alabama, Alaska, California, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Missouri, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and South Carolina. It’s illegal in countries like: Saudi Arabia, Japan, China, Australia, Italy, South Korea, Vietnam, and a lot more countries in the eastern side of the world. (20 countries to be precise.) Some countries lose up to 100 billion dollars just because of sports betting. The worst part I think, in sports betting, is that some people cheat, or hack the system so that they always win, and I don’t think that’s fair at all. Because some people actually bet, hoping they’ll win, while others “somehow look into the future”, and ruin the hopes of the others by winning. The only thing I have to say is that sports betting is gambling; and when you gamble for money, you never know if you’re gonna win, or lose. So sometimes, bear in mind that the more money you put on stake, the more money you can eventually lose.
