In this article, we’ll be talking about who Alcaraz is.
In his professional play, Alcaraz started off by making his Challenger Debut. He won his first professional match against Johann Sinner, but he lost in three other sets to Lukas Rosol. Alcaraz then won four Challenger titles, three of them surprisingly won before he was an adult. He wasn’t unrivaled (obviously):
He faced off against Sinner and Djokovic. He also had a childhood coach named Kiko.
He coached him since he was nine. Then, in 2018 he moved to the Ferrero Tennis Academy
to start training. While he was there, This academy turned down many request from professional
players to get coaching just to teach the sixteen year old Alcaraz. Carlos Alcaraz also has his own playing style. He plays with the whole court while being very aggressive. Alcaraz has an atomic forehand with a standard two-handed backhand. He has an average speed for his serves:
His first serve ranges between 115-120 mph, while his second has topspin, but ranges between
93-106 mph. He also won many awards that made him famous like the Player of year (2022) and The Laureus Breakthrough of the Year (2023). Thanks for reading!
