In this article, we’ll be talking about the 2022 soccer World Cup final: Argentina vs France.
The soccer World Cup final’s of 2022 were incredible because, first, Argentina and France are two super good teams. The final World cup 2022 was in Qatar, West Asia.
First half
The beginning of the game, none of the teams were going hard until Lionel Messi, the star of Argentina, scored a penalty on Hugo Lloris in the 25th minute of the game. So, it was 1-0 for Argentina. Then, France tried to come back by shooting the ball on the pole. At one moment, France had the ball but Angel Di Maria intercepted the ball and ran all the way to the goal of France to pass it to Lionel Messi who passed it back to Angel Di Maria who shot and made it in the goal at the 36th minute of the game. So, it was 2-0 for Argentina. Then, for the rest of the First half, they shooted some goals but didn’t make them in. The time was running and the two teams were going easy until it was the end of the first half. During halftime, they were showing the towers of Qatar with a big screen on the front of the tower where they wrote 2-0 for Argentina.
Second half
At the beginning of the second half, France was going super hard on the team of Argentina(Kylian Mbappe). None of the team were scoring goals for at least 25 minutes. Until Mbappe scored the first goal of the team(Penalty) at the 80th minute of the game on the goal of Argentina, Martinez. 1 minute later, Mbappe scores the second goal of the team for a tie. That means that Mbappe scored two goals in 1 minute and 30 seconds. 20 minutes later, Argentina scores they’re third goal by the star, Messi. 10 minutes later, Mbappe scores a penalty to make it a tie 3-3. Then, at the end of the game, they need to make a shot on goal. Mbappe shoots the first goal and makes it in, it is 0-1 for France. Lionel Messi shoots the first goal of Argentina and makes it a tie. Kingsley Coman shoots the second goal of France but miserably misses it. Paulo Dybala of Argentina, him, makes the goal so Argentina can lead 2-1. Aurelien Tchouamenie of France, shoots the second goal but misses it. After this, Argentina scored their third goal by Leandro Paredes. Then France finally makes their second goal, thank you Randal Kolo Muani.
But the thing is that Argentina scored 3 goals and France 2, and it is the first team that arrives to make 5 goals. So if Argentina makes this last goal, they win the game. Sadly, Argentina scores their last goal and eliminates France. Argentina wins the World Cup of 2022 by the big star Lionel Messi. Mbappe still got the cup of the best shooter of the year even if he lost the finals.
